In operation for 25 years, with 4,800+ TripAdvisor reviews at 5.0. Runs naturalist-guided day tours to White Pocket, South Coyote Buttes, Toroweap, and Grand Staircase-Escalante. Guides are trained naturalists — geology, ecology, and landscape history are part of every trip.
Overnight capability sets Dreamland apart from other Kanab operators: overnight White Pocket expeditions, astrophotography intensives with guide Cody York (24hr and 48hr formats), and guided backpacking on routes including Buckskin Gulch, Paria Canyon, Coyote Gulch, and Reflection Canyon.
Photography workshops run by owner David Swindler. Groups are capped at 5 participants. Post-processing instruction is built into every workshop. Deep expertise in night sky and landscape photography; destinations include White Pocket and the broader Vermilion Cliffs region.
Kanab-based operator established in 2019. Private trips only — no group tours with strangers. Over 10 rappel routes in their program, including multi-day options. Golden Cathedral is a 3-day canyoneering expedition. The only local operator offering technical roped descents.
Runs the only Via Ferrata experience in the Kanab/Zion corridor — iron rungs and cables on a fixed route, accessible without technical climbing background. Also offers UTV tours combined with other activities for visitors who want multiple experiences in a day.
ATV and UTV tours in the Kanab area, including trips to White Pocket, South Coyote Buttes, and House Rock Valley. The focus is the off-road vehicle experience — you're driving the terrain, not riding through it as a passenger.
